Saint Paul - The Capital City

Saint Paul is the Capital City of Minnesota. 

Like its sister city, Minneapolis, Saint Paul is located on the banks of the Mississippi, 13 significent miles downstream.  Significent historically large boat navigation was not possible beyond this point.  St. Paul continues to be where commercial boats and barges end their upriver jorney.

On the Saint Paul tour you will view the Mississippi River, its ports, its forested valley, as it passes through, as well as the many aspects, both historic and current, of a city dependent on the greatest river in North America.
